Fit For Change is all about getting fit, having fun and keeping the change. Anyone can get motivated in a gym to work out for a while but staying committed is sometimes difficult. With Fit For Change you don’t have to worry about a workout plan or getting motivated. All group exercise classes are designed for you to have fun while getting fit. Group fitness can be a blast and a great way to meet new people. All classes are designed in three levels so anyone can join and get a great workout at their level.

We have monthly promotions that can be found on our schedule page. If you are new to Fit For Change and have not been to a class, please come down and try a free class.

Fit For Change Classes


All Fit For Change group exercise classes are focused on burning fat and building muscle while growing endurance. Classes are tailored to all levels from beginner, intermediate to advanced. Classes are instructed at all three levels so everyone gets a great workout at their level of fitness. The classes are not only fun and exciting but the time goes by fast!


Spinning Classes

Learn how to ride a spin bike with the proper training and technique. Start riding out on flat road as you slowly load gear into a mountain road while having a blast! Spinning classes are taught in three levels so everyone gets challenged and grows at their own pace. Spinning gets fast results by burning fat, building muscle while growing your endurance.


Body Tone Core Sculpt Classes

Body Tone Core Sculpt trains you the right way to tone and promote muscle growth. Toning the entire body while focusing on how to work with weights with the proper form to get the most amazing results.



Cardio Cross Fit Classes

Another amazing class that builds core strength, power and endurance. In Cardio Cross Fit you will learn how to cross train so you get max results while building lean strong muscle and burning unwanted fat.
